Location: Based in Estepona (Málaga), Spain — international support Reports to: Group President littleBIG Hospitality group is a holding company specialized in the development, design, and operations of luxury hospitality projects worldwide. We bring together an unique portfolio of agencies in gastronomy consulting, architecture, interior design, communications, and hotel concepts and operations, working exclusively on high-end, large-scale projects. We looking for a Chief Hospitality Talent Officer (CHTO) to lead the group’s global talent strategy and to build and run a luxury-hospitality-focused Executive Search service—supporting both the holding’s companies and external clients. Mission Design, structure, and lead the group’s global talent strategy, while developing a top-tier Executive Search unit focused exclusively on executive-level roles within the international hotel and restaurant sectors. Key Responsibilities • Define the holding’s global talent strategy, and each agency’s HR structure, • Lead direct searches for executive profiles across all group companies, • Develop and manage the specialized Hospitality Executive Search unit, • Manage recruitment processes for external clients for roles such as:, • Hotel General Managers, • Corporate Directors, • F&B Directors, • Operations Directors, • Commercial Directors, • Heads of Department and other key executive positions, • Design structured, high-caliber assessment and selection processes, • Establish holding-level corporate HR policies, • Implement performance evaluation and goal-setting systems, • Work closely with the Group President and CEOs to define organizational structures, • Ensure maximum confidentiality, rigor, and excellence in every process Current financial operations and corporate entities in (outside of Estepona Headquarters): • Madrid Office, • Mexico (CMDX + Cancun), • Brazil, • United States, • United Arab Emirates Required Profile • University degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields, • MBA or Master’s in Human Resources Management or Talent Management is a plus, • Minimum 8–10 years of experience leading HR functions and/or Executive Search, • Proven track record recruiting executive profiles within luxury hospitality, • Experience in international environments and multi-country structures, • Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written), • Strong strategic capability and organizational vision, • Highly structured, discreet, and results-driven profile What we offer • Strategic position within the Executive Committee, • Direct partnership with the Group President on key decisions, • Competitive compensation package, • Attractive performance-based bonus structure, • Opportunity to be part of the group’s international expansion, • A demanding, high-standard professional environment
