Description • Looking for an IAM IT Operations and Service Manager to join the Identity and Access Management Product Service Line (PSL) in Albacete, Spain. The IAM PSL is part of Information Management, within the Infrastructures & Digital Platforms department., • IAM products enable internal and external users to be properly identified, authenticated, and authorized to access Airbus Helicopters and Airbus Group applications., • The AH IAM PSL delivers and deploys the solution, products, and services with end‑to‑end accountability, managing the product lifecycle, both developing and operating them in close relationship with Airbus Group., • Access IT products support Authentication, Single Sign‑On (SSO), Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA), Encryption, and digital certificates. Identity IT products support User management (Provisioning/Deprovisioning, Privileged accounts, Recertification, etc.) and Directory services (Identity Directory, Metadata Synchronization, etc.)., • Key IAM IT products include PingIdentity (PingFederate and PingID), F5 Big‑IP, Microsoft PKI for Access, Active Directory, Identity Management, OneLogin for Identity. Automation runs on Ansible; CyberIAM relies on Oradad, PingCastle, and Silvefort; Incident and Change management use ServiceNow; the compliance dashboard uses Palantir Foundry., • Join a dynamic and empowered team within an international context where teamwork and solidarity are key values. Your Challenges The role of an IAM IT operator involves working with the IM Airbus Helicopters organisation. You will act as an Access IT Operations specialist and serve as backup for Access Product Managers when required. Scope includes technical and functional management of products: F5, PingID & PingFederate applications, PKI, and password manager. Your activities are divided into four main domains: Support, Automation, Reporting, and CyberIAM. These are primarily for the Mother Company but may also cover the Customer Center. Support & RUN Operations • Execute ITIL‑based support processes including incident, problem, change, configuration, and event management., • Analyse error messages, diagnose system failures, and take corrective action to ensure operational continuity, escalating to other technical teams (L3) and vendors as needed., • Perform daily checks, troubleshooting, and propose improvements to known processes., • Cover all activities and operational tasks for the restricted perimeter. Technical Support & Operations Management • Act as technical backup for the F5 and Access Product Managers., • Lead or perform change executions on Access Products with external administrators. Automation • Develop and maintain scripting for automated tasks., • Monitor automated tasks, notify in case of issues, and resolve automation incidents. Reporting & CyberIAM • Monitor system logs and alerts, investigating and responding to potential security incidents in a timely manner., • Handle daily requests and troubleshoot on the Analytics Dashboard for both the targeted Customer Center and Mother Company., • Communicate improvements, updates, and obsolescence management of products to local IT teams at Customer Centers. Skills • Master’s degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field., • 0 to 3 years of experience as an IT Operator or System/Network Administrator, preferably in Identity and Access Management in an industrial context., • Knowledge of the ITIL framework (ServiceNow experience is a plus)., • Understanding of modern authentication & authorization concepts and protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth2, RADIUS, MFA)., • Basic understanding of networking and application delivery (F5 BIG‑IP concepts: VIPs, Pools, SNAT, SSL/TLS certificate management, HTTP traffic analysis)., • Knowledge of scripting and automation languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash, or Ansible) and familiarity with Java syntax for OGNL expressions., • Self‑driven, motivated, constantly learning and creative., • Ability to act autonomously and as a strong team player., • Strong verbal and written communication skills., • Team spirit, good relationships, and a service spirit with accountability are key values for this role., • Problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyse complex issues and provide effective solutions., • Fluent English; French is a plus.
