Job Purpose As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient order-to-delivery process. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, managing inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and maintain strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities • Monitor and analyze the status of customer orders from reception to final delivery., • Handle customer inquiries and build strong, trust-based relationships., • Resolve incidents and provide clear, timely updates to customers., • Coordinate with internal departments (purchasing, logistics, production, and sales) to ensure customer satisfaction., • Maintain accurate customer and order data in the ERP system., • Report on key customer service performance indicators. Requirements • Previous experience in customer service or similar roles, ideally in a multinational environment., • Strong verbal and written communication skills., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)., • Experience in the packaging industry or related sectors is a plus., • Educational background in administrative management, customer service, commercial services, or related fields., • Catalan: High proficiency, • Spanish: High proficiency, • English: Intermediate level, • Team-oriented with the ability to work in dynamic environments., • Customer-focused mindset with proactive problem-solving abilities., • Strong organizational and time management skills., • Ability to manage complaints and difficult situations with empathy and a solution-oriented mindset.
