We are looking for a Residence Manager to lead, inspire, and make our student residence a true home away from home. If you are proactive, have solid management skills, and a passion for creating vibrant communities — keep reading! 📍 Position: Residence Manager 🏨 Location: Zaragoza (Opening 01st of April) ✨ What will your mission be? • Your primary mission will be to prepare the opening of the residence, including the management of reservation requests and the organization of initial visits for parents. You will also oversee the onboarding and training of your teams, as well as establish working relationships with the suppliers you will collaborate with on a daily basis., • Lead and supervise the internal and external teams : front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and catering., • Ensure the smooth running of all residence operations — from room assignments to emergency handling., • Oversee the housekeeping department: weekly cleaning schedules, linen logistics, orders, inventories, etc., • Meet commercial objectives by managing information requests and conducting guided tours for prospective students or families., • Develop programmes and activities that foster student engagement and community well-being., • Provide outstanding customer service, efficiently resolving residents' needs and concerns., • Ensure compliance with all local and national regulations., • Optimise expenses, manage invoicing and payment collection., • Collaborate with other departments to offer students a complete and enriching experience., • Resolve conflicts and issues effectively, maintaining a harmonious living environment., • This position requires working three days in shifts and two days on office hours, with a rotating schedule of 39 hours per week, planned from Monday to Sunday between 8 am and 11 pm, including corresponding rest days and holidays. 💡 Who are we looking for? • Education related to hospitality, tourism, or business administration (vocational training, diplomas, etc.) will be positively valued., • Previous experience in management of student residences or as an Accommodation Manager or Assistant Hotel Manager., • Strong leadership and team motivation skills., • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities., • Results-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure., • Proactive and organised, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously., • Knowledge of safety regulations and standards., • Strong customer service orientation and sensitivity to working with a diverse student population., • Proficiency in MS Office., • Interest and knowledge in customer service, social media, and new technologies., • Good level of English required; advanced French is a plus., • A first experience in the opening of a residence or hotel would be an advantage.
