What will be your mission?
As Telephone operator, you will be a key member of our Front Office team, you will be the personal point of contact for our guests from arrival to departure. As a representative of our hotel, you will leave one of the strongest impressions on our guests with the highest level of courtesy, efficiency and friendliness.
What will you do?
Answer and forward requests and enquiries from our guests by telephone and email, as well as taking bookings and reservations for our restaurants.
Know how to handle our guests' complaints and be the expert when it comes to knowledge about your hotel.
Be able to work with all hotel departments in a calm and focused manner, providing administrative support to the entire hotel and front office team.
Celebrate the art of hospitality and your dedication to our guests is reflected in our equally caring approach to you.

You have successfully completed training in the hospitality industry.
You may already have valuable front office experience.
Your communication is always characterised by friendliness and appreciation.

Reporting into the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in leading the daily Food and Beverage operation, for our All-Day Dining Restaurant and will create an exciting concept for our roof top restaurant, a cooperation with the 3 Michelin Star Chef Dani Garcia while ensuring exceptional service and attention to our guests. Describe and ensure quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods, as well as provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits in an elegantly appointed environment dedicated to an attentive and distinctive experience for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control. Attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments. Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed. Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. Ensure good communication within the department and with other departments to ensure professional, error-free service. Follow up of glitches in case of guest complaints or negative comments and ensure full closure of this, to the guest's satisfaction. What you bring: Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality, client relations, or reservations in a luxury environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure. Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, OpenTable, Opera, and CRM tools; familiarity with 3CPortal, BirchStreet, and La Fourchette is a plus. Excellent teamwork mindset with the flexibility to support multiple outlets and cover operations when needed.
