About the job What will be your mission? As Telephone operator, you will be a key member of our Front Office team, you will be the personal point of contact for our guests from arrival to departure. As a representative of our hotel, you will leave one of the strongest impressions on our guests with the highest level of courtesy, efficiency and friendliness. What will you do? Answer and forward requests and enquiries from our guests by telephone and email, as well as taking bookings and reservations for our restaurants. Know how to handle our guests' complaints and be the expert when it comes to knowledge about your hotel. Be able to work with all hotel departments in a calm and focused manner, providing administrative support to the entire hotel and front office team. You have successfully completed training in the hospitality industry. You may already have valuable front office experience. We are Morning People, specialty coffee place in Marbella center. We are looking for a barista to join our team for a 30-40h long term contract. We work in the mornings from 9 to 15 and we need an energetic, friendly and likeable person to join us. This is not only a position for the season. If you fit our team we will keep you as a permanent team member for all year round. We offer working hours in the mornings only and a wonderful team and work environment. We are trying to build a stable and lasting team. Mandatory good English and Spanish. Perfect position to combine with studies, evening work or personal projects.
