Tu misión será impulsar el crecimiento de la empresa a través de la identificación y captación de nuevos clientes, asegurando que cada relación comercial sea beneficiosa y satisfactoria. Responsabilidades Investigar y buscar clientes potenciales , evaluando sus características para asegurarnos de que encajen perfectamente con nuestros servicios . Realizar llamadas a posibles clientes , identificando a los interlocutores clave para ofrecerles una prospección más efectiva y personalizada. Proporcionar información precisa y clara sobre nuestros productos y servicios , ayudando al cliente a encontrar la mejor solución para sus necesidades. Atender y gestionar las llamadas entrantes y salientes de manera que siempre estemos a la altura de las expectativas del cliente, garantizando una experiencia positiva. Trabajar codo a codo con el equipo comercial , organizando reuniones comerciales con clientes potenciales, asegurándonos de que encuentren las mejores soluciones y que, al final, se logren acuerdos beneficiosos para ambas partes . Registrar y mantener actualizada la información de los clientes en el sistema para seguir ofreciendo un servicio ágil y adaptado a sus necesidades. Experiencia No necesitas experiencia previa en el sector, lo que más valoramos son tus ganas de aprender y crecer . Si tienes experiencia en un rol similar , especialmente en Call Center , ¡genial! Pero no es imprescindible. Será un plus si conoces herramientas de gestión de clientes y pipeline . Buscamos a alguien con habilidades de comunicación excepcionales , tanto verbal como escrita. Es clave que tengas una fuerte orientación a resultados y que puedas trabajar de forma autónoma . Si tienes formación en áreas técnicas, económicas o de empresa , ¡suma puntos! Te sentirás cómodo/a si puedes gestionar varias tareas a la vez sin perder el foco. Lo más importante: una actitud positiva y siempre enfocada en el cliente . Qué ofrecemos Salario fijo + variable . Contrato indefinido . Horario flexible : De lunes a jueves de 8 a 17 (con 1 hora de flexibilidad en la entrada) y viernes jornada intensiva. Opción de teletrabajo .
