EL PUESTO De acuerdo con los códigos y la imagen de Eres, tu función es ofrecer a los clientes una experiencia única y memorable con el objetivo de maximizar las ventas y establecer relaciones a largo plazo con los clientes. También participará en la gestión de la boutique y actuará como relevo en ausencia de su boutique manager. RESPONSABILIDADES Como vendedora, sus responsabilidades incluyen, entre otras, las siguientes: Representar la imagen de Eres mediante el cumplimiento constante de las normas establecidas por la Dirección de la Boutique, y apoyar al equipo de ventas en este proceso: Asegúrese de que su presentación es impecable Garantizar una acogida y una calidad de servicio dignas de una casa de lujo Dominar y respetar las técnicas de venta y la ceremonia de Eres Conocer perfectamente Eres, las colecciones y las existencias Comparta sus conocimientos con clientes y equipos Contribuya a la consecución de los objetivos de su tienda realizando buenas ventas: Conocer y seguir los indicadores de ventas Gestionar el fichero de clientes Prestar apoyo al resto del personal de ventas Proponer experiencias de venta alternativas (por ejemplo, venta a distancia) Participar en la gestión diaria de la tienda: apertura/cierre, cierre diario, gestión administrativa (correo, mensajería, paquetería) Coordinar la gestión operativa de la tienda (recepción de mercancías, gestión de existencias y reposición) Dominar la gestión completa de la caja y las operaciones relacionadas Asegurarse de que se respetan las directrices de comercialización y de que los mostradores y las cabinas están ordenados en todo momento PERFIL: Tiene entre 3 y 5 años de experiencia como vendedora en el sector del lujo o de moda de alta gama. Le apasionan las ventas y asesorar a una clientela exigente y de alto nivel. Es capaz de generar una excelente relación con los clientes y está atenta a sus necesidades. Tiene fuertes competencias comerciales, así como un desarrollado sentido del servicio. Tiene una fuerte sensibilidad al universo de la moda y del lujo. Es dinámica y positiva, flexible y con gran capacidad de adaptación. Tiene espíritu de equipo y gusto por el desafío. Se valorará el conocimiento del mundo de la corsetería, el baño y la lencería.
