Hacienda el Sueno is looking for a friendly Receptionist who welcomes our guests and ensures that they will have an unforgettable holiday in our resort. Hacienda el Sueno is a recently opened holiday complex and is located between Fuengirola and La Cala de Mijas (Málaga). What will be your tasks? As a Receptionist you are the first point of contact for our guests and you make sure that guests immediately feel welcome. You provide an excellent service to our guests at the reception, by telephone or e-mail. You take care of the check-ins and check-outs, solve problems and complaints and help guests with questions about the facilities and the environment. You also do a few administrative activities and manage the technical service book and makes ensure that it is followed up. Who are we looking for? The right candidate has a service-oriented open attitude towards our guests and can give that extra service. You can work independently in a hectic environment, but you are also a social team player. Some experience in the touristic business is a plus. The ideal candidate is available full time, speaks Spanish, English and Dutch is a plus. You must be willing to work in the weekends.
