We're not looking for an established profile, but we do need someone who already knows how to move in a professional kitchen and wants to keep growing. The role is hands-on across the whole kitchen: there's no single section, there's an entire kitchen to run between a small team. What the job involves • You work across every part of the kitchen — no fixed section, you need to be able to handle all of it, • You learn and execute our menu: house preparations, fresh pasta, main courses — to the standard we've set, • You plate and fire during service alongside the team, • When one of the more senior cooks isn't in, you cover — the team needs it and the role demands it, • You integrate into our way of working: mise en place, organisation, cleanliness — no shortcuts, • Washing up and cleaning are part of the rotation — in a team this size, everyone covers the basin, no exceptions What we're looking for • Basic kitchen knowledge — you know how to move in a professional kitchen and don't need the fundamentals explained, • Knowledge of meat cooking points and pasta handling — particularly valued, • Comfortable with a knife and at ease during service, • Able to move at pace when service picks up, • No problem with the full rotation — cooking, plating, cleaning, washing up. That's the job, • Reliable. In a team of three, there's no space for someone who doesn't show up or doesn't pull their weight What we offer • A small kitchen where you'll learn everything, not just one thing, • A direct team with no unnecessary hierarchy, • Full-time from day one, • Remuneration according to experience and ability If this is what you're looking for, get in touch.
