Nora also powers our tattoo booth technology, which uses 3D scanning to prepare designs fitted to each client. Candidate Profile - Essential + Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish. Both languages are required. + Experience as an executive, personal or administrative assistant, or in a comparable role that demanded organisation, discretion and initiative. + Confident with technology: quick to pick up new software, comfortable with cloud tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and able to troubleshoot everyday problems without being told how. + Excellent written communication and attention to detail in both languages. + Highly organised, calm under pressure and able to manage several priorities at once. + Discreet and trustworthy, with sound judgement when handling confidential information. + Based in, or willing to travel daily to, Fuengirola, and able to travel to the UK occasionally.
