Aistech Space is focused on generating affordable, recurrent, high resolution thermal imagery of the planet to provide a new perspective of Earth’s changing resources. Aistech Space is looking for a Space Systems Engineer Manager to lead the Space Infrastructure Team in charge of designing, analysing, integrating and testing the new ENABLER payloads of our constellation and future satellites. You will work on GRAIL (Grant Agreement No. 101298421) --- a lighthouse European project to develop foundation models for robotics --- and continue contributing to Eurecat's robotics roadmap beyond the project. GRAIL is aligned with the European push to develop trustworthy generative AI and foundation models for robotics, including real-world validation on robotic hardware and industrial use cases. We are looking for someone with PhD-level research maturity --- either through a completed PhD or equivalent research experience --- and hands-on experience applying AI/ML methods to real robotic systems. Robotics is entering a new phase: generative AI is changing how robots perceive, decide, and acquire new skills. Robotics is not just about language. The role combines strategic Global Account Management of key offshore asset owners with Global Project Management of selected strategic projects, driving early customer engagement, cross-functional collaboration and increased win rates. Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial, sales, account or project management roles; Offshore Wind, Wind Energy, Coatings, Engineering or Fabrication experience preferred. Proven track record in global account management, complex sales and/or project management. Strong experience working across functions, regions and cultures. Experience with CRM, pipeline management, forecasting and project governance. PMP, PRINCE2, NACE/FROSIO or similar certification is an advantage. Fluent English; additional relevant languages are an advantage. Open to travel. Experience, attitude and behavior are considered at least as important as formal education.
