Are you a commercially driven professional who enjoys opening doors, building partnerships, and turning opportunities into long-term clients? Do you have the eagerness to dive deep into the tax & legal world? We are looking for a Junior Business Development Associate to help us expand our Russian-speaking market in Spain. This role combines B2C & B2B sales, partnerships, and client management within the fields of tax and business services . This is not just a sales role — you will play a key part in driving our international client network and external collaborations. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Partnerships Proactively create new commercial opportunities and source B2B. Build and maintain relationships with collaborators, agencies, and influencers in the relevant ecosystem to expats and foreign professionals in Spain. Represent the company in external meetings, online communities, and networking environments. B2B & B2C Sales Conduct consultative sales of t ax and business services related to Spain . Actively open new B2B opportunities (companies, startups, SMEs, international business owners). Understand client needs and recommend suitable service solutions. Manage the full sales cycle and follow up with leads diligently. Client & Project Coordination Support client onboarding and document collection , acting as a bridge between clients and our internal tax/legal teams. Coordinate with internal tax and legal teams to ensure accurate information flow and smooth service delivery. Assist in managing client cases during key periods (e.g. tax filing deadlines). Maintain strong long-term relationships with clients and partners. Market Presence Participate in marketing initiatives (e.g., appearing in videos, educational content). xiphteb Act as a key representative for the Russian-speaking market. Requirements Hard Skills Degree in Business Administration or a related field Native or near-native Russian/Ukrainian + Advanced Spanish Level (required) Interest in tax, business, or regulatory topics Experience 1 - 2 years of experience in sales (B2C and/or B2B) or business development Experience in business development, partnerships, or channel building i s highly valued Experience working with international clients or expat communities is a strong plus Soft Skills High energy & natural curiosity Confident communicator with relationship-building skills Natural ability to build rapport (people person) Proactive, self-sufficient, and opportunity-driven What We’re Looking For Someone who: Has strong willingness to learn and take ownership of their growth Doesn’t wait for opportunities but creates them Enjoys opening new markets and expanding our network of collaborators Wants to grow into a key figure in the Russian market expansion What We Offer Full-time position with Visa sponsorship if needed Salary: Base + Target-based commissions Continuous training in tax topics and commercial skills A dynamic international environment Real opportunity to grow into a senior sales or account management role Involvement in marketing, partnerships, and client strategy Additional Information Working hours: Full-time Contract type: Permanent Start date: Immediate or based on availability
