Responsible for development, configuration, testing, and administration of the ServiceNow platform. Experience in customizing applications, workflows, dashboards, and Service Portals. Main duties include incident and request management, access control (ACLs), platform testing and validation, technical support, performance analysis, and process documentation. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and clients to gather requirements, propose solutions, and ensure alignment with business needs.
