Our MissionMaite is the leading AI player in Spain already used by 3 000 legal professionals and growing at rapid pace. In 2026, Maite joined forces with Doctrine to build the European leading legal AI Platform. And now, we're building Europe's leading legal AI platform. Our belief? Law shouldn't be slowed down by repetitive tasks. It should be augmented by a specialised AI, designed to understand, analyse and produce legal reasoning at the highest standard. Our ambition? To help legal professionals work with greater reliability, efficiency and peace of mind, through a single, comprehensive and secure platform.Today, 27,000 legal professionals across five countries (France, Italy, Germany, Spain and Luxembourg) trust us to do just that. Our growth is guided by a clear approach: a global vision, grounded in a deep understanding of local specificities.Behind this ambition, a team of around 280 people, united around one goal: supporting lawyers and legal professionals at every stage of their work, from research to drafting. And we're just getting started. Why join Maite.AiThe opportunity to build and define the product narrative at one of Europe's fastest-growing AI companies, within the Doctrine group.A role with direct impact on client satisfaction, product evolution and sales results.Being part of a close, agile and highly motivated team, where your judgment and ideas are heard and valued.Working at the cutting edge of artificial intelligence and its real-world application. The Role: The Translator between our Product and the MarketWe are not looking for someone who just "executes marketing". We are looking for the person who turns what we build into the message the market needs to hear: sharp with copy, fearless in front of the camera, and obsessed with making sure every lead and every client gets the right message at the right moment.Working closely with the Maite marketing and sales teams and leveraging the wider Doctrine Product Marketing team, your mission will be to translate the complexity of our AI into a clear, compelling story that resonates with the legal sector. You will be the voice of Maite.Ai on our website, in our webinars and in every user's inbox, and the link between Product, Growth, Sales and Support in every launch.Go-to-Market: You'll build and execute all GTM collateral for Maite’s product launches on the Spanish markets: product emails, website updates, visuals, LinkedIn campaigns, webinars, in-product communications, ads.Positioning & Messaging: You'll be the person who best understands perceived value from Spanish clients' perspective. You'll translate that into the Maite website, customer testimonials, landing pages, and brochures.Product Enablement: Working hand-in-hand with our international sales enablement manager, you'll develop and update sales tools (pitch decks, demo flows, objection handling, battlecards). You'll co-run product training sessions for the Spanish sales team and close the feedback loop on the commercial playbook.Market Intelligence: You'll be the go-to expert on the Spanish legal market: competitors, personas, buying dynamics. You'll own the creation and maintenance of Spanish battlecards and personas, and you'll synthesize market signals into actionable insight for both the product and sales teams.Content Creation: Create specific content pieces (articles, one-pagers, videos, emails, FAQs) that sustain Maite.Ai's narrative across every channel.Webinars & Video Communication: Design, host and record webinars and product communications. We are looking for someone who isn't afraid to get in front of the camera, and enjoys it.User Education: Working with Product and Growth, you'll make sure Spanish users adopt and activate the full range of Maite’s features through targeted campaigns and in-app actions.Performance: You'll define what a successful Product launch looks like, that framework doesn't fully exist yet and building it is part of the job. Then you'll track, iterate, and maximize the impact of everything you ship.Radical empathy for the legal professional: You have an innate ability to get inside our user's head. You understand what frustrates them, what they value (time, rigor) and what scares them.A translator of complexity: You can take an advanced AI feature and explain it not by the technology it uses, but by the problem it solves.Outstanding storytelling skills: You don't just communicate, you build a narrative that hooks. You are an exceptional copywriter. No fear of the camera: You feel comfortable hosting webinars and recording yourself for product communications. The camera is just another tool of your trade, not an obstacle.Builder mindset: You don't just design the strategy, you write the copy, build the nurturing flow, record the webinar and craft the battlecard. You are relentlessly execution-oriented.Mastery of AI and tools: You use AI and the marketing stack daily to multiply your output.Professional English and Spanish: Mandatory. Spanish is essential for this role, since you'll research the Spanish market and analyze local competitors and English is to work with the wider Doctrine team across our international group.Proven experience: You have demonstrable experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in a Product Marketing or Strategic Marketing role.Organization, autonomy and critical thinking: You can manage multiple projects (a launch, a webinar and a success story) in parallel without losing focus.Disconnect & Connect:We believe that to build the future, you need to know how to disconnect. That's why, on top of your 22 statutory vacation days, we add 6 extra "Maite.Ai special days" per year,28 days in total to recharge. And when it's time to connect, we organize regular in-person gatherings with the whole team.Comprehensive benefits: Coverflex card to manage your meal, transport, training and childcare benefits.Your ideal work setup: We provide the best tech equipment of your choice (PC or Mac, monitor, etc.) and a budget to set up your home office. You also get a budget for coworking spaces.Growth and innovation: A clear growth path to lead and build, with the opportunities that come from being part of an international group. Our hiring processA 30-min intro call with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers to understand your career goals and walk you through what we're building.A 1-hour conversation with Marie, Marketing Manager Doctrine, owner of Product Marketing.A 1-hour conversation with your future manager to dive into the role, team scope and answer all your questions. One technical assessments to evaluate your skills in practice. An office visit including: lunch with 3 people from different teams to give you a feel for your future colleagues; a values conversation to share our vision; and a meeting with the VP of your department.(The process can be adapted to fit your personal and professional constraints if needed.)Research shows that women in particular tend not to apply for a role when they don't meet every single requirement.
