We are IN, are you IN? We are looking for a Project Management Office Lead to join our team. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, along with a proactive and problem-solving mindset. As part of the Marketing & Sales team, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of client projects while contributing to their continuous improvement. We are looking for someone who can lead and grow our team of Marketing Project Managers while staying connected to the projects. You will join an already established PMO, with its own processes and standards. You are not coming to build it from scratch, but to lead it on a day-to-day basis and make it better with your expertise. This is not a role focused only on supervision, but neither is it one where the team becomes secondary. The challenge lies precisely in that balance: staying hands-on with some projects while keeping your primary focus on the people you lead. About the role: Dedication: Full-time Location: Sant Cugat del Vallés (Barcelona) Project’s Lenght: Permanent Work model: Flexible, combining f2f work with teleworking Main Responsibilities: Reporting to the Operations Director, your main responsibilities will include: • Leading, supporting and mentoring a team of four Project Managers, helping them grow in autonomy, and ensuring the quality of everything they deliver., • Being directly responsible for part of the projects (around 40% of your time), to stay connected to the reality of the work., • Acting as the main point of contact with clients, managing relationships and negotiating when needed., • Being responsible for the financial management of your projects, not only tracking margins, billing and deviations, but anticipating how each project will close and protecting profitability before issues arise., • Maintaining and refining existing processes, tools and quality standards. Background & Skills: • +5 years of experience managing projects, and at least 2 years leading a team of Project Managers., • Experience in consulting or service agencies is essential., • AI tools are part of your day-to-day workflow, not just something on your CV., • Strong budget management skills, with the ability to anticipate key aspects of a project, especially in terms of profitability., • Advanced English (C1); other languages are a plus., • Experience in B2B marketing or sales is a plus., • Highly proactive, autonomous, and detail- and solution-oriented.
