regional LQA organization that includes people managers, individual contributors, and vendor resources. /li liLead and mentor direct reports, including LQA Managers and Associate Managers, ensuring development, retention, and consistent performance. /li liSupport training plans, hiring initiatives, and talent development within the regional LQA function. /li liFoster a collaborative, inclusive, and feedback-driven team culture with a focus on performance, mentorship, and growth. /li /ul /li libStrategic Planning Business Operations /b ul liContribute to the departmental strategic planning process, providing input on staffing needs, tooling requirements, and budget forecasting. /li liSet and align team-level goals with departmental OKRs, managing schedules, work plans, and delivery metrics across projects. /li liPartner with senior Global Loc leadership to scale tooling, automation, and people operations as the LQA function expands. /li liOperate with significant latitude for Make You A Great Fit /h3 ul liLocalization QA or functional QA experience, including managing managers, teams and individual contributors /li liProven ability to lead multi‑language QA operations, especially in a regional or multi‑site model /li liDeep familiarity with linguistic QA, LQA tools, test case development, and vendor operations /li liExperience planning and managing budgets, resource allocations, and milestone staffing /li liDemonstrated success driving cross‑functional initiatives, representing LQA to senior stakeholders in production and content /li liProficiency with QA and localization platforms (e.g., JIRA, Xray, TestRail, CMS, CAT tools, TMS) /li liFluent in English; fluency in a target language is a strong plus /li liStrong analytical mindset, with the ability to synthesize data into strategy and recommendations /li liAdept at mentoring, coaching, and supporting career development for both managers and individual contributors /li liBachelor’s degree in game
