Client Management – Fund Placement (Investor Relations / Fundraising Execution) The Firm The firm is a leading independent private capital advisory business, providing fundraising and secondary advisory services to private equity, private credit, infrastructure, and real assets managers worldwide. With a global footprint and a track record of success across multiple geographies and asset classes, the firm partners with top-tier investment managers and institutional investors to deliver bespoke solutions in capital raising and liquidity management. The Role The firm is seeking a highly motivated professional to join the Client Management team in Madrid. This role will focus on supporting fundraising execution and investor relations efforts across Europe and globally. The successful candidate will work closely with senior team members and clients (GPs) to ensure seamless fundraising processes, effective communication with LPs, and delivery of tailored fundraising solutions. Key Responsibilities • Manage the day-to-day execution of fundraising mandates across private equity, private credit, and real assets strategies., • Serve as a primary point of contact for institutional investors during active fundraising processes., • Coordinate investor due diligence requests, data room management, and pipeline tracking., • Draft and refine marketing materials, including investor presentations, PPMs, DDQs, and RFP responses., • Support senior professionals in preparing for and participating in roadshows, investor meetings, and closing processes., • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support fundraising positioning., • Build strong relationships with global LPs and internal stakeholders to drive successful outcomes., • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal standards throughout fundraising execution. Candidate Profile • 3–6 years of relevant experience in private equity, investment banking, placement agent, investor relations, or asset management., • Strong understanding of private markets fundraising and institutional investor dynamics., • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple workstreams simultaneously., • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English; Spanish highly preferred, additional European languages a plus., • High level of attention to detail, proactivity, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment., • Strong academic background in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
