Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Hotel Regional Projects Deputy Senior Director (Architect/Engineer) to oversee and manage a portfolio of hotel construction and renovation projects across a designated region. This role involves leading project teams, ensuring adherence to design standards, budget, and schedule, and acting as a key technical liaison within the Company Job Responsibilities Lead and manage the full lifecycle of hotel construction, renovation, and maintenance projects within the assigned region, from conceptualization to completion. Develop and implement project plans, including scope definition, budget allocation, resource management, and timeline development. Supervise and mentor project managers, architects, engineers, and other project team members. Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, regulations, company standards, and brand guidelines. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, quality control, and adherence to specifications. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track. Manage relationships with external contractors, vendors, consultants, and regulatory bodies. Review and approve architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and other project documentation. Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management. Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., operations, finance, purchasing) to ensure seamless project integration. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies and best practices within the company. Perfil del Candidato Ideal • Experiencia: Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en roles de Guest Relations, Concierge o Front Office en hoteles de lujo (5 estrellas) o empresas de gestión de villas y yates de alta gama., • Habilidades de Comunicación: Capacidad excepcional para la comunicación telefónica y escrita, con gran tacto y diplomacia., • Idiomas (Imprescindible):, • Español e Inglés bilingües o con dominio profesional completo (C1/C2)., • Se valorará muy positivamente el dominio de Alemán o Ruso., • Competencias:, • Orientación al detalle, organización y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión con múltiples tareas simultáneas., • Proactividad, autonomía y fuerte ética profesional., • Excelente presencia y capacidad para representar los valores de una marca de lujo., • Conocimiento Local: Sólido conocimiento de Mallorca, incluyendo proveedores de servicios premium, restaurantes exclusivos y la geografía de la isla.
