QMS Specialist Murcia (Spain) / Hybrid Ready to ensure excellence in every step? Our Quality Department plays a key role in ensuring the highest standards of excellence and product compliance at every stage of production. As part of the team, you will work collaboratively to maintain and continuously improve the quality of our products, processes, and systems, safeguarding our outstanding reputation for quality. We are looking for a QMS Specialist to join our dynamic team of experts. Your main mission will be to support the Quality Management Manager in the proper implementation of quality systems, guaranteeing compliance with food safety standards. What youll achieve You will manage quality assurance processes, provide crucial support during audits, and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Systems, Standards & Certifications: You will support the design, implementation, and maintenance of the QMS, ensuring a systematic approach and compliance with HACCP, GMP, GHP, GLP, ISO 9001, IFS, and other applicable standards. You will also assist the HACCP team and provide support for product certifications (Halal, Kosher, FDA, MSC, ASC, Organic, SAE). Workflows & Corrective Actions: You will use QMS software to automate workflows, manage documents, and track nonconformities from recurring production incidents and customer complaints. You will actively verify processes and corrective actions to resolve quality and safety issues, supporting the implementation of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions). Audits & Service Providers: You will conduct internal process and hygiene audits, as well as routine inspections, and provide support during regulatory audits by national authorities. Additionally, you will collaborate in the coordination of contracts with service providers and ensure their compliance with audits. Risk & Cost Management: You will assist in risk assessments (TACCP, VACCP) to identify vulnerabilities, support crisis management and resolve food safety incidents. Also, you will aid in the management and control of departmental quality-related costs. Floor Operations & Quality Culture: You will collaborate directly with production teams to ensure quality and food safety standards are met on the shop floor. Together with HR and Production, you will foster a strong food safety culture across the entire organization. Continuous Improvement: You will lead or support continuous improvement projectds aimed at at optimizing product quality, processes, hygiene, food safety culture, reducing waste, and improving production efficiency. Who you are We are looking for a proactive, autonomous professional with a strong analytical mindset, ready to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Essentials (Must Have): Education and Experience: University Degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or similar, with a solid background in Quality and Food Safety, including risk identification and management in production/supply processes, and experience in regulatory audit support. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in food manufacturing is required. Technical Knowledge: Practical knowledge and proven experience with GFSI standards (e.g., IFS). Language Skills: Minimum B2 level of English and Fluency or Native in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. Availability: Availability to work on-site in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. You are a great team player with excellent organizational skills and the ability to adapt to change. The Plus (Nice to Have): Certifications: Previous knowledge of or support experience with product certifications (Halal, Kosher, FDA, MSC/ASC, SAE, Organic) is highly valued. Advanced Systems: Experience with document management systems (QMS, Docal) and proficiency in Power BI development are desirable. Previous knowledge of SAP S4/HANA QM is a strong plus. Here’s what you’ll be doing: Customer Support : Help our clients navigate our IT system, troubleshoot issues, and ensure they feel supported every step of the way. System Management : Take care of our server environment, from configuration and monitoring to fixing issues when they pop up. Client Relations : Keep in touch with our customers, building strong relationships and helping them see the value in what we do. REQUIREMENTS - What we’re looking for: Someone with excellent communication skills – you’ll be chatting with clients a lot! Strong organizational skills – juggling multiple tasks is your superpower. Experience with IT systems and customer support tools (or a quick learner who’s eager to pick it up). A knack for writing – from proposals to professional emails. All our customers are based in Germany, so language proficiency is a must. Also presence on Spanish holidays and differing German working days may be required, but is negotiable. Experiencia en SaaS o empresas de producto técnico, muy valorable., • Mentalidad Hunter: te motiva a prospectar y contactar en frío, abrir mercado y construir pipeline desde cero. No esperas a que el lead llegue solo., • Español nativo: imprescindible. Toda tu prospección y contacto será en español. El inglés es un plus, no un requisito., • Manejo de herramientas: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay o similares. Experiencia con CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)., • Comunicación clara y orientada a resultados: sabes adaptar tu mensaje al perfil tecnico del comprador español y entiendes cómo hablar el idioma de un CTO o un DevOps Lead., • Curiosidad por la tecnología: no necesitas ser ingeniero/a, pero si entender por que Kubernetes y PostgreSQL importan a las empresas a las que vas a contactar., • Zona horaria CET: debes poder cubrir la franja comercial española (9h-18h).
