About the Role To lead the technical design and planning of the implementation of photovoltaic solar power plants and substations, ensuring land optimization and overall technical feasibility of the project, while actively collaborating during the tendering, detailed engineering, and execution phases. Responsibilities • Layout Design: Prepare detailed drawings for the layout of photovoltaic generators in various environments and installation systems (ground-mounted, rooftop, industrial, tracking systems, fixed-tilt systems, etc.)., • Detailed Engineering: Perform comprehensive detailed engineering for photovoltaic plants, including but not limited to: access roads, earthworks studies, foundations, drainage systems, electrical calculations, communication systems, etc., • Tender Support: Prepare technical documentation and quantity take-offs required for EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) bids, as well as for subcontracting and procurement activities., • Interdisciplinary Coordination: Work closely with construction, procurement, and business development (BD) departments to integrate all project phases. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design Engineering, Industrial Technical Engineering, or similar., • Minimum of 2–3 years in technical offices within the renewable energy sector (mandatory experience in large-scale photovoltaic projects exceeding 50 MW with solar tracking systems)., • Spanish and English level B2 (ability to read technical standards and participate in international meetings). Required Skills • Advanced CAD Software Proficiency: ZWCad, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks., • Topography Specialization: Proficient use of MDT (Digital Terrain Model) software for earthworks calculations., • Office Tools: Advanced Excel skills for quantity take-offs and cost estimations., • Strong spatial awareness and attention to detail., • Ability to work under strict deadlines., • Capability to resolve technical issues during the design phase., • Willingness to travel for occasional site visits., • Valid Class B driving license and own vehicle.
