Reporting into the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in leading the daily Food and Beverage operation, for our All-Day Dining Restaurant and will create an exciting concept for our roof top restaurant, a cooperation with the 3 Michelin Star Chef Dani Garcia while ensuring exceptional service and attention to our guests. What you will do: Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Hotel’s All-Day or Fine Dining Restaurant to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met; daily activities and planning for outlet operation. The ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts. Describe and ensure quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods, as well as provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits in an elegantly appointed environment dedicated to an attentive and distinctive experience for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control. Attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments. Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed. Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. Ensure good communication within the department and with other departments to ensure professional, error-free service. Follow up of glitches in case of guest complaints or negative comments and ensure full closure of this, to the guest's satisfaction. What you bring: Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality, client relations, or reservations in a luxury environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure. Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, OpenTable, Opera, and CRM tools; familiarity with 3CPortal, BirchStreet, and La Fourchette is a plus. Excellent teamwork mindset with the flexibility to support multiple outlets and cover operations when needed. Buscamos una persona polivalente y con buena disposición para incorporarse a nuestro equipo como cajera y personal de sala. Esta persona será responsable de realizar las tareas de cobro, atender a los clientes en la caja y, además, colaborar en el mantenimiento y organización de la sala.
