Business Development Intern — European Expansion Location: Madrid HQ Duration: 6 months, with the possibility of a permanent role About nTeaser nTeaser is Europe's leading digital marketplace for renewable energy M&A. The Role We are expanding across European markets and looking for sharp, driven interns to join our Business Development team. You will work directly with the leadership team in Madrid, gain real visibility into live transactions, and take ownership of market development activities in your target country from day one. Key Responsibilities • Map and engage renewable energy developers, investors and advisors in your target market., • Conduct regulatory and market research specific to your country., • Support onboarding of local project owners and investors onto the platform., • Assist in live M&A processes by coordinating information flows between counterparties., • Maintain CRM accuracy and track pipeline performance., • Support outreach campaigns and adapt messaging for your local market. Profile • Currently completing a degree or recently graduated in Business, Economics, Engineering, International Relations or related field., • Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English., • Additional European languages are a strong plus (German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Romanian, etc)., • Strong interest in renewable energy, infrastructure and M&A., • Analytical, structured and highly detail-oriented., • Digitally fluent and comfortable working with platforms, data tools and technology-driven workflows — we are a digital business and that matters., • Proactive and comfortable taking ownership from day one., • Based in Madrid or willing to relocate.
