With deep industry expertise and an international network spanning Europe, the Middle East, APAC, and emerging global markets, LHC International supports clients across the full hospitality ecosystem — from luxury and lifestyle hospitality to branded residences, mixed-use developments, alternative accommodation, and institutional hospitality platforms. As our network and client base continue to expand, we are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Manager to support the continued growth across Southern Europe of our platform and strengthen our presence across key hospitality markets. The Role: The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving new business opportunities, strengthening existing client relationships, and increasing LHC International’s visibility within the hospitality industry. This is a highly relationship-driven position suited to someone who understands both the operational and real estate sides of the hospitality market and who is confident engaging with senior stakeholders across hotel ownership groups, developers, brands, operators, and investors. The successful candidate will be expected to build long-term partnerships rather than transactional relationships. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Client Acquisition • Identify and develop new business opportunities across Southern Europe, • Build relationships with hotel owners, operators, developers, investors, and hospitality groups, • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients, • Generate new executive search and advisory opportunities, • Develop and grow existing client relationships, • Act as a trusted industry contact and brand ambassador for LHC International, • Maintain regular communication with clients to understand hiring trends, expansion plans, and business challenges, • Attend international hospitality conferences, seminars, networking events, and investment forums, • Represent LHC International professionally across industry platforms, • Build visibility and awareness of the LHC International Southern Europe brand, • Monitor hospitality investment and operational trends across Southern Europe, • Identify emerging opportunities within luxury hotels, resorts, branded residences, and hospitality real estate, • Share market intelligence internally to support strategic growth initiatives Candidate Profile: Essential Background • Strong understanding of the hospitality industry from both:, • Operational perspective (hotel operations, management, commercial functions, etc.), • Previous experience in hospitality, hotel real estate, hospitality recruitment, development, investment, or business development, • Existing network within the hospitality industry highly desirable, • Comfortable engaging with senior executives, owners, investors, and developers, • Commercially minded and relationship-focused, • Highly professional with strong communication and presentation skills, • International mindset with cultural awareness, • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, • Confident attending and representing the company at industry events, • Passion for luxury hospitality and relationship-driven business development What We Offer: • Opportunity to join a growing specialist hospitality search business with international reach, • Exposure to leading hotel brands, investors, and developers, • Dynamic and entrepreneurial working environment, • International networking opportunities, • Competitive compensation structure with performance incentives, • Long-term career growth within a growing hospitality executive search platform LHC International Southern Europe Connecting Leaders Berlin | Mallorca | Dubai | Geneva | Bangkok | Singapore
