Mission The mission of the Technical Recruiter Intern is to develop a solid foundation in technical talent acquisition through hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes. Over a structured 9-month development programme, the intern will support the identification, assessment, and engagement of technical profiles, progressively gaining responsibility in candidate evaluation, market mapping, and collaboration with internal consultants to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes. Responsibilities Technical Talent Acquisition & Assessment Support the sourcing, screening, and evaluation of technical candidates across engineering, IT, and data-related roles. Conduct structured pre-screening interviews and assist in technical candidate assessments. Draft and refine technical job descriptions in collaboration with consultants and clients. Ensure accurate and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Market Mapping & Talent Intelligence Research technical talent markets, skill clusters, and role-specific trends. Build and maintain candidate pipelines for specialized technical positions. Support benchmarking of roles, technologies, and seniority levels across markets. Collaboration with Consultants & Clients Assist senior recruiters and consultants in coordinating selection processes. Participate in client briefings to understand technical requirements and role context. Contribute to the preparation of candidate shortlists and evaluation summaries. Technology-Enabled Recruitment Processes Use applicant tracking systems, CRM tools, and AI-assisted sourcing platforms to manage recruitment activity. Maintain accurate data within recruitment systems to support reporting and process optimization. Data, Reporting & Process Improvement Track recruitment KPIs related to sourcing efficiency, pipeline health, and process quality. Contribute ideas to improve candidate experience, assessment quality, and workflow efficiency. Professional Development Follow a structured learning path covering technical recruitment fundamentals, interviewing techniques, and talent-market analysis. Receive ongoing coaching, feedback, and progressive responsibility throughout the programme. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s student or recent graduate with availability for a 9-month development programme. Minimum requirement: academic, project-based, or extracurricular exposure demonstrating interest in technology, engineering, or IT-related environments. Native French, or Dutch speaker. C2-level or native English proficiency. Strong interest in technical recruitment, talent markets, and skill-based assessment. High learning agility, structured thinking, and attention to detail. Motivation to work in a fast-paced, analytical, and people-driven environment. Preferred Experience Initial exposure to recruitment, HR, technology, engineering, or STEM-related fields. Familiarity with technical roles, software development concepts, or IT landscapes. Experience using digital tools, databases, or analytical platforms.
