At the top of the hotel, our rooftop bar offers stunning views over Ibiza’s old town — a chic, open-air setting where cocktails are crafted under the stars. ABOUT THE JOB We are looking for an experienced Night Auditor to join our dynamic team! Your missions will be the following : • Greet and assist all guest as soon as they come in ;, • Manage all operations involving the customer's visit to the reception: check-in, check-out, currency exchange, invoicing, accommodation, information, bookings, concierge services ;, • Ensure the check-in of potential late arrivals or apply our no-show procedure ;, • Respond to all guest questions and requests, offering a personalized service adapted to each request ;, • Ensure that a high level of customer service is always provided, respecting our quality standards ;, • In coordination with the Front Office Manager, deal with customer complaints ;, • Participate in the management of the hotel's general mailbox by replying and redirecting emails ;, • Assist with administrative tasks at the front desk, maintaining efficient administration within the department, preparing, and submitting operational reports on time ;, • Ensure that the workspaces are well kept and that the entrance to the hotel is pleasant ;, • Ensure all equipment of the department is kept clean and in good working condition ;, • At night, ensure the daily End Of Day closing on Opera, control cash receipts ;, • Ensure rounds in floors/hotel, and report non-conformities ;, • Take charge of the hotel switchboard, inform customers, and redirect calls ;, • Ensure the good passage of instructions in the team as well as a good communication of information to the Housekeeping service ;, • Coordinate security at the front desk/reception in order to maintain a high level of safety for all our guests, hosts, goods and material, including key inventory and guest’s belongings. ABOUT YOU A Night Auditor is always working on behalf of our guests and working with other team members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude and skills that follow: Social, engaging and motivated ; Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations ; Be well spoken with excellent communication skills ; Knowledge as well as abilities in other languages would be beneficial ; Attention to details and customer needs ; Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and PMS (Oracle, Opera, Micros).     En Ibiza Consulting, asesoría ubicada en Santa Eulalia des Riu (Ibiza), buscamos incorporar ADMINISTRATIVO/A, para recepción. Buscamos a un apersona dinámica, resolutiva y con experiencia en atención al cliente. Se ofrece: • Contrato indefinido, • Buen ambiente de trabajo, • 2 días de descanso, • Posibilidad de crecimiento Se requiere: • Atención telefónica y presencial de clientes, • Imprescindible experiencia en asesoría/gestoría/despacho/recepción acostumbrada a trabajar con dead-line, orientada a objetivos, resolutiva, con habilidades organizativas y comunicativas capaz de trabajar de forma autónoma con alta capacidad de aprendizaje., • Escucha activa para identificar las necesidades del cliente, recabar sus datos y solicitar la documentación pertinente., • Filtrado inicial de consultas, determinando si el asunto se enmarca dentro de las áreas de práctica del despacho y derivando al abogado o departamento correspondiente., • Gestión integral de la agenda de visitas presenciales y telefónicas, incluyendo programación, confirmación, anulaciones y reprogramaciones., • Residente en la Isla de Ibiza, • Experiencia mínima de dos años Requisitos: • Seguimiento de expedientes, buenas habilidades de comunicación y orientación al cliente, • Dominio de Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, • Buen nivel de Inglés imprescindible (se valoraran otros idiomas) Muy valorable: • Experiencia en asesoría/gestoría/despacho, • Conocimientos de extranjería, • Conocimientos trámites de tráfico
