The role involves developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract prospective students, managing leads through various channels, and coordinating recruitment events. The Student Recruitment Manager will collaborate with marketing teams, maintain relationships with educational partners, and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the admissions process. Schengen Region: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to build partnerships with educational institutions, corporations, and recruitment agencies across Europe. Identify market trends, opportunities, and potential collaborations to enhance student enrollment. Represent C3S Business School at international fairs, exhibitions, and conferences across the region. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including agents, corporate partners, and institutions. Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to tailor campaigns for European markets. Provide insights into market dynamics and student needs to align programs and offerings with demand. Achieve enrollment and revenue targets through effective partner relationships. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably in the education sector. Strong network within the European market, with a focus on education, recruitment, or training sectors. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and at least one additional European language (French, German, Spanish, or any other European language is a plus). Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team. Willingness to travel across Europe.
