Group reservation & events management: Process and coordinate rooming lists and ensure effective communication of information between departments. Create and manage group reservations in the Apaléo PMS, ensuring that all customer information required for billing is correctly entered. Collaborate with the Sales and F&B teams in organizing events and group bookings, from the initial inquiry to event completion. Manage the logistics of events, including rooming list, memos, and Beo`s. Coordinate with other hotel departments (food and beverage, housekeeping, front desk) to ensure the smooth execution of events. Review the show rooms daily to make sure they are perfect for site inspection. Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure their requests are promptly and accurately addressed. Reply enquiries. Provide support in resolving any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during the event. Participate in post-event evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement. 2. Customer Service: Respond to customer requests by phone and email in a professional and responsive manner. Ensure rigorous follow-up of files and handle any special requests in collaboration with the relevant teams. 3. Billing Monitoring: Track group billing in conjunction with the accounting department. Manage reminders to customers for pending payments, ensuring deadlines are met. 4. Detalles del puesto: Horario laboral: Trabajo a tiempo completo, de lunes a viernes. Duración del trabajo efectivo: 8 horas diarias, de 8:00 a 18:00, con los siguientes descansos: 1 hora para comer. 30 minutos a media mañana. 30 minutos a media tarde. Traslados: El horario de trabajo no incluye los traslados, que pueden empezar desde las 7:00 de la mañana y terminar sobre las 19:00, dependiendo de las ubicaciones de los proyectos y las distancias hasta tu domicilio.
