Under the guidance of the Guest Experience Manager, the Call Center Supervisor (PBX) directs the overall operation and service levels of PBX in the hotel facilitating and directing all operating departments, in meeting and exceeding hotel goals and assist in providing timely guest and team members resolution. We are looking for IT Manager to join the pre-opening team at SLS Barcelona . Under the guidance of the Director of Finance, the IT Manager is responsible for ensuring functional integration of network and LAN hardware components throughout the entire operation. Job Description What you'll do... Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of technology including networks, workstations, POS, PMS, etc. to ensure efficient and revenue maximizing operations. Conduct capacity and performance studies recommending appropriate action to maintain standards of performance and capacity. Assist in performing hardware and software evaluation tests and determine appropriate installation or upgrade schedule. Administer, maintain and provide network level support for Hotel, Bar and Restaurant. Ensure functional integration of network and database server software and LAN hardware/software components. Perform fault isolation, problem determination and problem resolution of standard set network and serve problems to ensure proper integration of software and hardware components. Conduct capacity and performance studies pertaining to network file segments and servers (when applicable). Recommend appropriate action where performance is below objective or where capacity may be nearing its threshold. Necesitamos incorporar Labour Manager: - Responsabilidades Planificar, organizar e impartir la formación continuada de nuestros trabajadores/as. Realizar tareas de apoyo al responsable de RRHH y asistencia en su trabajo. Realizar funciones de apoyo de selección de personal, consistentes en: criba curricular, preselección de candidatos para entrevista, planificación y realización de entrevistas. Gestionar el correo electrónico. Entregar EPI´s a los empleados. Controlar y prevenir los riesgos laborales en los trabajos. Acudir al directo de los proyectos para garantizar la seguridad de los trabajadores. Colaborar con los servicios de prevención. - Competencias Comunicación. Liderazgo. Responsabilidad. Iniciativa. Confianza. Compromiso. - Requisitos Estudios y/o experiencia en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales. Conocimiento del sector audiovisual. Dominio de herramientas ofimáticas y facilidad de aprender nuevos sistemas. Disponibilidad/Flexibilidad horaria. Misión del puesto: lograr la satisfacción de los clientes a través de la elaboración de los platos y la coordinación con el jefe de cocina y resto de compañeros para lograr el mejor servicio. Un cocinero debe tener en cuenta los referentes de calidad y rentabilidad económica establecidos, y aplicar las normas de seguridad e higiene exigibles en todo establecimiento alimentario. Reporta a: Jefe/a de cocina Funciones: - Ejecutar con precisión los procesos de pre elaboración que sean necesarios aplicar a las diferentes materias primas, en función de sus características y sus futuros usos. - Ejecutar las elaboraciones culinarias, teniendo en cuenta la estandarización de los procesos para su finalización y conservación. - Realizar el servicio de las elaboraciones teniendo en cuenta sus necesidades, ámbitos de ejecución y protocolos establecidos. - Recibir, almacenar y distribuir materias primas en condiciones idóneas de mantenimiento y conservación hasta el momento de su utilización - Poner a punto el lugar de trabajo, preparando espacios, maquinaria y herramientas. - Revisión de los aprovisionamientos y reposición de stocks en neveras y congeladores de su partida. Así como control del uso de alimentos para minimizar el desperdicio. - Ejecutar los procesos de envasado y conservación para cada género y elaboración culinaria siguiendo los protocolos de seguridad alimentaria. - Aplicar los protocolos de seguridad laboral, higiene (APPCC) y calidad durante todo el proceso de producción para evitar daños en las personas. - Cumplir con los objetivos de producción, actuando conforme a los principios de responsabilidad con las tareas encomendadas - Mantener el espíritu innovador, de mejora de procesos de producción y actualización de mejoras en el ámbito laboral. Requisitos Experiencia de 3 años como cocinero en Hotel 5* GL. - Formación específica relacionada con Hostelería y Cocina. - Persona organizada, que sepa gestionar los tiempos, atenta a los detalles y con tolerancia a altos ritmos de trabajo en determinados momentos. - Vocación de servicio y pasión por la cocina. - Creatividad y ganas de innovar y mejorar. - Capacidad de trabajar en equipo y buena comunicación. - Disponibilidad horaria para trabajar en distintos turnos de mañana, tarde y noche, así como festivos y fines de semana.
