About the role: • Provide operational and strategic support in executing People initiatives across different business areas, • Coordinate key HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, organizational changes, performance tracking, and development actions, • Support the administration and follow-up of performance review cycles, calibration sessions, and action plans, • Support workforce planning and staffing processes, ensuring alignment with business needs across global events and operations, • Assist in employee career development initiatives, including tracking progress, gathering feedback, and supporting development plans, • Provide administrative support for the training plan, including coordination, scheduling, documentation, and tracking participation, • Serve as a point of contact for managers and employees regarding HR policies, processes, and tools, • Monitor and follow up on the execution of HR initiatives, ensuring timely completion and alignment with objectives, • Recruiting:, • Assist in recruitment processes by reviewing and refining job descriptions to attract suitable candidates, • Publish job vacancies across relevant platforms and channels to ensure strong candidate pipelines., • Conduct CV screening and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and organizational fit, • Participate in candidate interviews, providing structured feedback to support hiring decisions, • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth HR operations and communication, • Support in the day to day HR Operations (HR Software and Database, PRL…), • Support the identification and evaluation of new employee benefits to enhance engagement and retention WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR • 2-5 years of experience, • Exceptional knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point), • Excellent verbal and written Spanish and English required, • Academic background in HR / Psychology including HR academic training and development, • Discretion and confidentiality, • Excellent planning, time management, organization and presentation skills, • Enthusiastic, proactive, positive and full of energy, • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with clients and suppliers, • Flexible to accommodate urgent requests and to work even at irregular hours including possible overtime and weekends as per event requirements, • Outstanding attention to detail and proven problem-solving ability, • Able to manage stress and operate under intense event environments and requirements, • Good team player but also able to work independently on specific workstreams, • Tenacity to execute repetitive tasks with a passion to deliver faultless documents., • Availability to travel WHAT WE OFFER • Permanent contract, • Competitive compensation, • Travel insurance, • International work environment, • The opportunity to work in Top sport, specifically in some of the leading tennis events and with top tennis players around the world, • Opportunities for career growth within the company, • Team oriented and collaborative work environment
