This role plays a key part in ensuring EHS compliance and excellence within strategic projects while supporting the deployment of EHS policies, procedures, and programs at both cluster and country level. The position combines a strong project‑oriented dimension with local operational support, requiring close collaboration with project teams, customers, and internal stakeholders to address EHS requirements and ensure adherence to legal and company standards. Wellness at Eaton is more than a program, it’s about changing the environment by offering the right tools to help empower employees to make that happen /li /ul h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liPromote Eaton’s Life Saving Rules, Zero Incident culture, and Ethics policy across all activities /li liEnsure full compliance with EHS legal requirements, customer standards, and Eaton MESH guidelines /li liAct as the main EHS interface with customers, contractors, and external stakeholders /li liSupport deployment of corporate MESH programs across projects and local operations /li liManage contractor EHS compliance, including ISN platform oversight, onboarding, and training delivery /li liLead EHS incident reporting, escalation, and root cause investigations with corrective/preventive actions /li liConduct regular site audits and field EHS inspections to ensure safe operations /li liBuild strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and partners to promote a safety‑first culture /li /ul h3Projects scope (MED Cluster – 80%) /h3 ul liEnsure EHS documentation compliance (RAMS, safety plans, certifications) through creation, review, and updates /li liPlan and coordinate EHS activities throughout the full project lifecycle to meet key milestones /li liParticipate in project meetings with customers and internal teams, providing EHS expertise and updates /li liDeliver EHS training and toolbox talks to employees and contractors on project sites /li /ul h3Italy scope (Service Sales – 20%) /h3 ul liSupport the implementation and continuous improvement of EHS management systems /li liMonitor EHS performance (KPIs, dashboards) and drive follow‑up on action plans /li liDeliver EHS communication, awareness campaigns, and training programs at local level /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liRecognized Health and Safety professional education in Spain (Máster Universitario en PRL) /li liAdvantage: Master/ Engineering degree in a relevant related subject /li liAdvantage: Project management certificate/course /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul li3+ years of experience in EHS program management within industrial or service project environments /li liProven experience in a similar EHS role with strong project management capabilities /li liSolid knowledge of EHS regulations, standards, and corporate frameworks (e.g., MESH) /li liExpertise in incident investigation, root cause analysis, and EHS performance management /li liStrong understanding of safety leadership, behavioral safety practices (e.g., coaching, ABC model), and culture development /li liSubject matter expertise in at least one EHS discipline (Safety, Environmental, Occupational Health, or Systems) /li liFluency in Spanish and advanced English; Italian is a plus /li liStrong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder influencing skills /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities, work cross‑functionally, and build strong team collaboration /li liProficiency with digital tools (Office 365, Power BI, PowerApps) and a continuous improvement mindset /li /ul pAll positions may require participation in video and in‑person interviews as part of the hiring process.
