We are currently looking for an energetic and passionate professional to fill the position of IS Analyst. MISSION To support the different IS Business Partnerships on the management of projects and applications maintenance. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To support IS Business Partnerships in IS applications lifecycle from system selection, validation, maintenance, to retirement/decommissioning, from a technical point of view: Monitor, administer and maintain IS systems. Coordinate and provide guidance to the IS Infrastructure Support Team. Support & Troubleshooting as part of the 1st and 2nd level remote and/or onsite support for manufacturing and quality applications (Serialization, OEE, Laboratory acquisition systems, EDMS, EQMS, etc.). Set up and monitor Servers Backup. Administer SQL databases. Handle any Infrastructure issues and provide solutions to problems. Suggest improvements on existing systems’ functionality in order to optimize them. Manage communication with suppliers. Prepare specifications for new requirements. Monitor and implement changes and enhancements. Plan and coordinate projects. Documentation and Training: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation Developing and Implementing Security Policies. Ensure compliance with regulations and standards. Monitoring Security Operations. Event security manager. Systems Integrations like Salesforce and Azure. Documentation and SOPs Develop, review, and approve standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to system lifecycle. Ensure proper documentation practices are followed (GDP). CAPA and Deviation Management Support the rest of IS team for follow-up, investigate and manage deviations and CAPAs related to computerized systems. PROFILE / SKILLS: Training: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Languages (Language and proficiency level): Native Spanish, Fluent (C1) English. Professional Experience: Proven experience of at least 5 years in infrastructure administration and maintenance Technical Skills: Administration knowledge of: IT quality management systems (QMS) Data Integrity MS Windows Servers all versions Active Directory, Exchange Server, O365 / Azure Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V Databases: SQL Server Microsoft SCCM, SCOM, Security, Defender, Copilot, Purview: DLP, Intune, BitLocker, Sharepoint Backup Softwares: Data Protector, Veem Other skills: Accountability, Adaptability Curiosity and continuous learning Critical thinking Problem solving & objective oriented Decision-making Independent Written and verbal communication Location Alcorcón (Madrid), Spain

We are currently looking for an experienced professional to fill the position of Group Project Management Office Director . POSITION'S SCOPE: The Group PMO Director leads the Project Management Office, ensuring strategic programs and critical projects align with organizational goals and the 5-year growth plan. The role sets governance, standards, and KPIs for consistent, successful execution while building PMO capability and customer-facing strength. Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership, the Director partners with BU Heads and Functional Leaders to drive alignment and resolve issues. He/she provides visibility on project portfolio health and ensures continuity across the project lifecycle. The position reports to the Group COO and is a member of the Group Leadership Team. The position can be based in any of the FAMAR cities (Athens-Greece, Madrid-Spain, Milan-Italy), but preferably in Madrid, Spain. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Define, maintain, and implement PMO methodology, processes, tools, and governance standards. Ensure timely, on-budget project delivery that meets commercial and quality criteria. Lead with a customer-first mindset, driving effective communication and collaboration. Partner with BU Heads and Functional Leaders to ensure cross-functional planning and execution. Oversee project staffing, ensuring teams have the right skills and capabilities. Monitor KPIs, dashboards, and metrics to track progress, risks, and dependencies. Provide strategic advice to leadership and clients on critical initiatives and complex projects. Drive operational and organizational transformation to optimize customer experience. Report program progress and outcomes to the Executive Team. Build, develop, and mentor the PMO organization, defining competencies and fostering growth. REQUIREMENTS: Academics: University degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus. Experience: 12–15 years in Project/Program Management, with at least 5 in a leadership role within Pharma/CDMO or similar regulated industry. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of PMO governance, methodologies, KPIs, and cross-functional project execution; proven track record in managing complex, multi-site programs in manufacturing environments. Knowledge of finished product pharmaceutical and health and beauty cosmetic product forms and process technologies is a plus. People Management: Proven ability to effectively motivate and engage direct reports located across different geographies resulting in a high performing team and delivering results. Soft Skills: Strategic mindset, strong leadership and influencing skills, excellent communication, problem-solving, and change management capabilities. Language & IT: Fluency in English; additional European language (Greek, Spanish, Italian or German) is an asset. Proficiency in MS Project/other PM tools, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint. Travel: Approx. 30–40% travel across FAMAR sites to ensure alignment, stakeholder engagement, and oversight of project execution and occasionally to customers offices or events.
