About the job We’re looking for a mid-to-senior finance professional who’s ready to take ownership of a key role in our fintech business. You’ll be responsible for IFRS reporting, audits, oversee group reporting, and actively shape our budgeting, tax, and cash flow strategies. Job Responsibilities • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS, • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting deliverables, • Support consolidation of group financials across multiple entities, • Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements, • Perform variance analysis and provide insights to management, • Collaborate with Accounting and Controlling teams to ensure data consistency, • Participate in audits and liaise with external auditors, • Drive improvements in reporting processes and systems, • Supervise Accounting Reporting Specialists Required Hard Skills and Education • At least 3–4 years of experience as a Financial Reporting Specialist or in a similar role, • ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or another relevant qualification (may be in progress), • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, Master degree is desirable, • Experience in preparing of consolidated financial statements and managing general ledgers, • Experience working with external auditors and consultants, • Proficiency in accounting software; experience with ERP system implementation is a plus, • Strong knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets, • Solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures, • Languages: fluency in English is required; Russian is a plus, • Experience working across different jurisdictions is a plus Benefits From your first day: • Competitive salary based on experience and skills, • Healthy lunches from our catering partners (gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian, and vegan options available)., • Daily fresh fruits, healthy snacks and a fully stocked kitchen., • A computer of your choice (Windows or Mac) - not applicable for some positions*, • No dress code policy, • Free Parking Space if you are coming by car, • Flexible Working Schedule (you don’t have to worry about running 5 minutes late), • 100% Covered 30 days/year of sick days, • Career development upon business needs, • Team buildings and two corporate parties a year!, • 23 Paid Vacation Business Days After a probation period: • Private health insurance, • Coverage for up to 50% of your language classes, sports membership, and mental health support.
