We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our team in Barcelona. You will handle inbound calls, provide assistance, and resolve customer inquiries for an insurance campaign. This is an on-site position in a dynamic and multicultural environment. Responsibilities • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their queries., • Manage complaints and provide effective solutions., • Record interactions accurately in the system., • Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Requirements • Previous experience in customer service or call center roles., • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills., • Fluency in GERMAN+ English.
