(NIE/DNI) /p h3Finance and Administration Assistant /h3 pThe Finance Assistant supports the day-to-day transactional finance operations of the business. The role ensures accurate processing of financial transactions and assists with reconciliations and administrative finance tasks. This is a varied role offering freedom to develop quickly while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship. Training, guidance, and support will be provided at every stage. A passion for quality, efficiency, and teamwork is essential. /p h3Qualifications /h3 ul liFluent in French and English. /li liExcellent customer service and communication skills. /li liPassion for cycling and general bike knowledge. /li liAbility to work in a fast‑paced retail environment. /li liPositive, enthusiastic, and team‑oriented attitude. /li /ul h3Responsibilities – Workshop /h3 ul liWork in a busy, professional‑level workshop. /li liMaintain the workshop to the highest visual and operational standards at all times. /li liDesign and maintain a clear, efficient workshop layout. /li liContinuously develop the Hub workspace to improve workflow for the entire team. /li liDefine best working practices in collaboration with the Hub Manager. /li liCreate and implement workshop processes: quality control, rental bike procedures, cleaning protocols, bike wash bike storage systems, etc. /li liComplete work efficiently and without distraction while supporting the second mechanic. /li liWork as part of a strong, collaborative team, recognizing priority tasks. /li liEnsure workshop parts are well stocked, sourcing best value or alternatives where needed. /li liWork with the Hub Manager to improve workshop efficiency. /li liSupport achievement of workshop financial targets, including identifying upselling opportunities. /li liAssist the wider team with technical knowledge to support bike and product sales. /li liPromote cycling as a safe, reliable, and enjoyable mode of transport through high‑quality workmanship. /li liInspect customer bicycles to identify mechanical issues. /li liStay up to date with the latest bike technology and repair techniques. /li /ul h3Responsibilities – Rental Fleet /h3 ul liMaintain and manage a high‑end rental fleet of 100+ bikes, alongside a second mechanic. /li liEnsure all rental bikes are clean, in good mechanical condition, functional, and correctly matched parts. /li liPerform safety checks and use service checklists for every rental. /li liPrepare bikes for reservations and ensure readiness for customers. /li liMeet and greet customers, ensuring they feel confident and comfortable on their rental bikes. /li liDiagnose and repair faults such as worn components, broken parts, and misalignments. /li liPerform routine maintenance including cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments. /li liAssemble new bicycles from boxed kits. /li liReplace or repair defective parts using specialist tools. /li liAdvise customers on maintenance, repairs, and potential upgrades. /li liTest ride bikes after repairs to ensure safety and performance. /li liMaintain accurate service and repair records. /li liOrder and manage inventory of parts and supplies. /li /ul pSalary subject to experience. /p pIn person role in Nice city centre (Port). /p h3Product Developer /h3 pEat Sleep Cycle is looking for a highly organised, technically skilled Product Developer to help grow our in‑house cycling apparel and merchandise line.
