Job Description What you’ll do… Lead the team by example, keep them involved and motivated; help them feel empowered and supported, confident in providing top Hox experiences for our guests. Work closely with the Restaurant Manager and Head Chef so that front of house and back of house are working smoothly, hand-in-hand. Coordinate with Restaurant Manager for everyday operation and maintain financial and administrative records. Organize the proper onboarding of new joiners. Create a positive team atmosphere among team members, provide feedback and coach them regularly. Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements. Work with the whole R&B team to ensure proper food presentation and proper food-handling procedures. Handle guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction. Perform regular inspection of food and beverage preparation and presentation and maintain inventory to enhance sales. What we’re looking for… Individuals. What you'll do... Assist to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to attract leisure travelers including individuals, families and leisure groups. Bachelor’s degree preferred Valuable minimum of two (2) years of experience in hotel sales or equivalent industry experience, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel. Experience managing luxury brands. Someone who understands, celebrates and embraces the SLS brand values. Full availability to travel. Valuable knowledge of sales skills, ability to understand customer requirements and translating these into sales solutions and revenue management. Track record meeting or exceeding sales goals. Ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive. Track record of developing long term relationships and contacts.
