Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and reliable waiter/waitress with bar and cocktail knowledge to join our team. This role requires someone who is organized, efficient, and able to keep up with a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of service. Key Responsibilities: • Provide excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience., • Take orders using an electronic device and relay them accurately to the kitchen and bar., • Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages, maintaining the restaurant’s standards., • Listen and communicate clearly with guests to meet their needs, answer questions, and make recommendations., • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area., • Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations during service., • Learn quickly our menu, be able to explain it and addapt offerings to customer's preferences., • Maintain a quiet, efficient work environment; keep conversations to professional matters, without being loud, rude or disruptive talking among the staff., • Follow health and safety protocols at all times. Requirements: • Fluent in English (both written and spoken). The interview will be conducted in English, so applicants must be comfortable with this., • Previous experience in a waitstaff role with bar and cocktail experience., • Proficient in using electronic ordering systems., • Strong communication skills, both with customers and the team., • A passion for hospitality and providing a high standard of service., • Highly organized, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment., • Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
