What You Will Do * • Develop and implement a comprehensive category strategy to increase revenue, reach new customers, and expand market share within North American and European markets., • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and improve product group performance., • Gather deep insights into customer needs and industry trends to refine our product value proposition and maintain a competitive edge., • Curate a relevant assortment of customizable products by identifying emerging trends in promotional items and apparel., • Manage the full product lifecycle, from introducing new items to optimizing costs and overseeing product discontinuations., • Collaborate with Sourcing, Manufacturing, and UX teams to deliver a seamless and high-value experience for our global customer base., • Partner with Marketing and Pricing teams to ensure product positioning aligns with broader business goals and customer expectations. Your Qualifications * • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience., • Professional experience in category or product management, specifically delivering growth within a commercial environment., • Demonstrated ability to use data and analytical tools to inform business decisions and strategy., • Clear communication skills with a history of building alignment across diverse, cross‑functional teams., • Experience managing complex projects from initial concept through to market delivery., • At VistaPrint, we seek individuals who bring new ideas and perspectives to our teams and improve our culture.
