The position: Integrated within the Finance Department, the Project Business Analyst will support various areas (Finance, Legal, Procurement, Compliance, and others) in day-to-day operations by generating reports, managing technology vendors, handling internal communications, and preparing financial documentation. The role will also analyze current processes and propose new digital tools to improve department efficiency. Main Responsibilities: • Preparation and extraction of financial reports using Business Intelligence tools (Oracle BI)., • Daily support to different departments in the development of various projects., • Assistance in managing and coordinating with external vendors for the development of applications aimed at improving internal processes., • Support to the finance team in Excel usage (formulas, basic automation) and preparation of PowerPoint presentations., • Support in internal communications regarding courses, talks, and relevant updates., • Preparation of documentation for grants, tenders, concessions, etc., • Research and analysis of vendors or consultancies for specific needs (training, services, projects, etc.)., • Collaboration in corporate initiatives related to operational efficiency and digitalization., • Management of process improvement projects and internal solutions focused on digitalization. Key Competencies: The ideal candidate will have professional experience in finance departments or consulting and have developed the following competencies: • Proficiency in IT tools, with strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Oracle Suite, and especially BI tools being highly valued., • Knowledge of AI tools (preferably Copilot) focused on financial processes., • Project management orientation., • Organizational skills and attention to detail., • Effective communication and coordination with internal and external teams., • Knowledge of financial and administrative processes., • Proactivity in addressing operational and technological needs.
