Job Type: Part-time, Flexible Hours Location: Barcelona (specific location shared upon application) We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented housekeeper to help manage our home and make our daily lives easier. If you’re reliable, organized, and enjoy keeping spaces tidy and well-managed, this could be the perfect role for you! Responsibilities Include: • Groceries & Meal Prep: Order groceries following our shopping list (online or locally). Prepare weekly meals in our kitchen (recipes and instructions provided). Organize the kitchen, start the dishwasher, and put back cleaned dishes. • Cleaning & Maintenance: Deep-clean and organize a 100 sqm apartment (equipment provided). Clean surfaces, furniture, and special areas like windows (as needed). Make beds and keep common areas tidy and organized. Use our vacuum and cleaning robot for floors. • Housekeeping & Organizing: Take out the trash and replace bags. Manage household supplies (toilet paper, toothpaste, etc.) and keep a shared to-do list. Organize rooms and proactively identify items needing restocking. • Laundry & Wardrobe Management: Wash and iron clothes as needed. Fold and organize clothing, bed sheets, and other items. • Communication & Errands: Communicate via WhatsApp and manage tasks using apps like Todoist. Run local errands and complete smaller tasks as requested. Requirements: Previous experience in housekeeping or cooking. Attention to detail and ability to follow clear instructions. Good communication skills and proficiency with mobile apps for task management. Ability to execute tasks independently and proactively. Flexibility to work a few hours a week (exact hours are flexible). Conversational English and Spanish knowledge Compensation: Payment via bank transfer after each cleaning session. Why Join Us? Under the guidance of the Reservations Supervisor, you will be responsible for helping our guests with their individual reservations, advising them on the best option for their needs and supporting them with any issue they might have. Support the Director of Revenue Management in analyzing competitive sets, price positioning & future market need periods. Support and execute market-wide strategy and promotion implementation. Ensure reservation accuracy (segment, channel, routing, traces, etc.) Ensure that the hotel sales strategies are effectively implemented in the systems. Ongoing Revenue System health-checks and optimization. Handle all requests for guest room reservations, changes and cancellations in according with the established guidelines. Follow up on any possible fraudulent reservation that may impact the revenue performance. Ensures reservation accuracy (segment, channel, routings, traces, etc.). Handle no shows and control non-guaranteed reservations. Ensure that all distribution channels effectively support the hotel and maintain rate parity. Ensure that communication with other departments, especially Credit, Sales, Concierge and Front Desk and any other concerned department is maintained. Support and execute upselling following the established guidelines. Proactively communicates any potential challenges related to systems or reservations to ensure we provide outstanding intuitive service at all times.
