Key Responsibilities: • Design and execute solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) using automated synthesizers and manual techniques., • Develop and optimize synthetic routes for linear and cyclic peptides, including complex modifications and conjugations., • Perform purification using preparative HPLC, SFC, MPLC chromatography, and other relevant techniques., • Characterize compounds using HRMS, NMR, and other analytical tools., • Collaborate with medicinal chemists and biologists to support SAR studies and lead optimization., • Document experimental procedures and results in electronic lab notebooks (ELNs) and contribute to internal reports and publications., • Ensure compliance with Eurofins’ quality standards and safety protocols.
