The role: As a Global Partner Marketing Manager at Group-IB, you will be shaping the way global cybersecurity partnerships are formed together with business leaders and the channel, and make sure they are activated and scaled. This role sits at the intersection of strategic alliances, go-to-market innovation, and cyber defence leadership. You'll work hand-in-hand with some of the world’s resellers, distributors, MSSPs, and technological partners, and support them to deliver exclusive and comprehensive cyber protection to their customers. Your Mission: Strategic Responsibilities: • Design and scale Group-IB’s global partner marketing program, ensuring it drives measurable growth across regions., • Build co-marketing campaigns with top-tier partners (e.g., AWS, MSSPs, technology alliances), delivering joint value propositions and high-quality leads., • Elevate Group-IB’s brand within the partner ecosystem through success stories, thought leadership, media coverage (e.g., CRN), and partner-driven events., • Support partner recruitment strategies with targeted ABM campaigns, nurturing journeys, and regional partner events. Operational Responsibilities: • Create ready-to-use partner marketing toolkits: email and social templates, product sheets, webinar kits, and sales enablement materials., • Monitor partner marketing performance using CRM and analytics dashboards, driving data-based optimizations., • Develop impactful training content for partners, including sales enablement and technical modules to accelerate onboarding and performance., • Maintain a clean, accurate, and up-to-date partner database for seamless communication and campaign execution. What Success looks like: • 3-5 years of experience in partner and channel, ideally in B2B tech, SaaS, or cybersecurity industries., • Proven track record of working with global channel ecosystems (resellers, distributors, MSSPs, or technology alliances) and delivering co-marketing initiatives. Strong understanding of partner lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to enablement and retention, • Experience managing marketing development funds (MDF) and building performance-driven incentive programs (e.g., SPIFFs), • Tech-savvy: hands-on experience working with PRM platforms (e.g., Allbound, Impartner, Zift), CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Mailchimp, Pardot), • Experience working with marketplaces (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, IBM) is a plus., • Excellent communication and copywriting skills for creating partner-facing materials, training scripts, and newsletters, • Comfortable working in a cross-functional environment with sales, product, and digital marketing teams, • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
