Team Lead – Business Development Representatives (BDR) As our Team Lead, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our BDR function. You’ll be responsible for coaching, supporting, and developing a team of Business Development Representatives, ensuring they consistently deliver high‑quality meetings and follow best‑practice processes. This is a hands‑on leadership position where you’ll combine people development, performance management, and structured sales methodology to help your team excel. What You’ll Do • Lead and coach our BDRs through 1:1s, co‑listening, team meetings, and ongoing sales training, • Drive strong meeting‑booking performance:, • Ensure data quality and accurate information gathering (interviews + homepage research), • Support deliverables and performance expectations as KPIs evolve, • Use and maintain the latest BDR Meeting Booking and Onboarding playbooks, • Experience leading or coaching a sales team (BDR/SDR experience is a plus), • Strong communication and people‑development skills, • Speak any of the Nordics languages, • A structured and proactive approach, • A passion for helping others grow and succeed, • Ability to adapt in a fast‑evolving environment with evolving KPIs and processes Join an ambitious, growing organisation shaping the future of data and insights for the construction industry—while helping build a high‑performing BDR function from the ground up.
