Quality and Methods Operations Manager (EV charging infrastructure). Salary €50,000 -€62,000 base + Package Location: Southern France - Aix-en-provence Travel: Occasional travel across Europe About the Role We are looking for an Operations & Maintenance Engineer to drive operational excellence across the electric vehicle charging network in Europe. Reporting to the Head of O&M, you will play a key role in both structuring processes and tools and supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement across our infrastructure. You will have experience working on quality applied to maintenance, quality process implementation, faciltiies maintenance, maintenance IT tool deployment Key performance targets: • 99% station availability, • 99% successful charging sessions Key Responsibilities • Lead the deployment of a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to manage asset lifecycle and maintenance activities, • Optimise operational tools (ticketing systems, data analytics, call handling, logistics, spare parts management), • Define and improve cross-functional processes (customer onboarding, diagnostics, inventory management), • Build and maintain technical documentation and internal knowledge bases Quality & Continuous Improvement • Manage the lifecycle of returned equipment (RMA), from receipt to reintegration or disposal, • Drive continuous improvement by resolving non-conformities with internal stakeholders Operations & Support • Ensure proper commissioning and integration of stations into monitoring systems, • Participate in field operations, including monitoring and retrofit campaigns (hardware/software), • Provide second-level technical support to clients and maintenance partners, • Organise and deliver training for internal teams and external partners About You • Engineering degree (or equivalent technical Master’s degree), • 2–3+ years of experience in EV charging infrastructure or a related field, • Experience in operations, supervision, or maintenance environments, • Strong background in process and quality improvement (industrial, IoT, or energy sectors preferred) Skills • Proficiency with digital tools (CMMS, CRM/ticketing systems, data analysis tools), • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills, • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage external partners, • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
