Franchise Sales Manager - German market / International About EVA EVA (Esports Virtual Arenas) is creating the sport discipline of tomorrow thanks to immersive technologies. Our large-scale arenas offer a unique entertainment experience: equipped with a VR headset and a connected gun, players can move freely in a 500 square meters arena! Every gamer has often imagined themselves actually being in their favorite video game, EVA makes this dream come true with free roaming virtual reality. All of our locations also include a CyberBar and a lounging area. Visitors can order drinks and food after or before their games while watching players battle in the arenas, which makes EVA great places to gather and enjoy some time with friends, family or even colleagues. EVA was first introduced as a world premiere at the 2019 Paris Games Week. After a 10M€ funding round in 2021, EVA is expanding internationally to bring VR esports everywhere. EVA is present in 12 countries worldwide and continues to grow internationally. EVA is expanding through a franchising model and is growing quickly with over 70 locations open and 50+ currently opening across France, Europe, the US, the Middle East, and Asia. We are looking for talented individuals to help us grow our network of locations in EMEA and other international opportunities. • AfterMovie Coupe de France @PGW 2025: ___, • Our main game: After-H: ___, • About EVA: ___ Role : Franchise Sales Manager Reporting directly to our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you are the driving force behind our international development. Your role is to convert a high volume of inbound applications into a structured and high-performing franchisee network. This position combines a strong operational dimension (sales execution) with the ability to think strategically, supporting our rollout into new markets — with a priority on Germany. Lead-to-deal qualification and conversion: → Manage and process a high volume of inbound leads (200+ applications per month). → Conduct qualification interviews via video call. → Organize and lead on-site venue visits and game testing sessions for candidates. → Build detailed scorecards to assess franchisee potential. → Support candidates through the franchise application process. End-to-end sales cycle: → Own long sales cycles (~6 months), from initial contact through negotiation to franchise contract signing. International expansion: → Assess and prioritize opportunities by country (urban mapping, market potential) to execute the deployment roadmap defined by leadership — with a focus on Germany. Your Background : → Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a Business School or equivalent. → 3 to 5+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales, ideally in an international environment → scale-up, tech, or franchise network → Full proficiency in English (bilingual or native level required). German is a major asset for this role. → Known for your rigor, your ability to handle high call volumes, and your perseverance through complex, long sales cycles. You are comfortable working directly with senior leadership. This role should be ideally based close to Paris, but we are open to consider remote candidates in France or Europe. We are looking for a doer, efficient in execution and go-to-market.
