Join the EPEX SPOT Team: Innovate, Collaborate, Thrive Job Summary: You contribute to shaping and implementing the company’s Reward strategy. You oversee Compensation & Benefits processes and drive transversal HR projects. You'll contribute to pay transparency transformation, HR systems/process improvements, regulatory follow-up, and change management advisory for the Management Board. Reporting to the HR Director and working in close collaboration with the Controlling team, you act as a Reward expert, partnering with Management to ensure consistent, competitive, and compliant remuneration practices. Key Responsibilities: 1.Compensation & Benefits • Administer and optimize all Compensation & Benefits programs (salary structures, bonus schemes, benefits portfolio)., • Conduct benchmarking exercises and ensure salary ranges/bandwidths are defined, updated, and aligned with market data., • Lead the implementation of European and country-specific pay transparency regulations (mainly France, Netherlands), ensuring compliance and supporting local HR stakeholders., • Support the annual salary review & bonus cycle, including process design, data quality check, communication, and stakeholder guidance., • Act as Safe‑Keeper of Reward frameworks, ensuring integrity, governance, and adherence to internal and external regulations. 2.HR Systems, Processes & Transformation • Develop and enhance the use of Lucca (SIRH) and other tools to improve data quality and governance, process efficiency, and automation., • Identify needs for system/process evolution and lead related change initiatives (configuration, documentation, communication)., • Review HR internal processes related to C&B, performance, and workforce planning to ensure they remain efficient, transparent, and compliant., • Support HR digital transformation, especially in areas linked to Reward and performance management. 3.HR Projects • Lead transversal Reward or HR transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and regulatory developments., • Drive the family job review, job mapping, and the definition of EPEX criteria for job classification and leveling., • Advise the Management Board on topics related to employee remuneration, benefits, and transformation impacts. 4.Advisory Role • Serve as a trusted advisor to HRBP, managers, and executives on Reward and HR systems topics., • Provide strategic guidance on pay transparency, regulatory compliance, and organizational impacts. 5.Performance Review & Talent Processes (in coordination with HR Talent Acquisition & Development) • Improve and support the performance review process, integrating pay transparency elements and ensuring coherence with compensation frameworks., • Contribute to the design of performance calibration practices and their connection to remuneration., • Ensure consistency between Reward policies, performance management, and development pathways., • Ensure appropriate systems implementation and development. Key Requirements: Hard Skills: • Strong expertise in Compensation & Benefits principles and practices, • Ability to design and implement Reward concepts, • Capacity to synthesize complex data and produce clear business-oriented recommendations, • Strong appetite for HR tools (HRIS, reporting tools, Excel), • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, • Solid data accuracy and rigorous attention to detail, • Project management skills, including methodology, documentation, and stakeholder management, • Ability to design processes and translate regulatory requirements into operational HR solutions Soft Skills: • Strong coordination skills and responsiveness, • Ability to explain, advise, and influence various stakeholders, • Team spirit, diplomacy, adaptability, and stress resilience, • Clear and structured written and verbal communication, • Presentation skills: ability to conduct meetings and deliver key messages concisely, • High sense of responsibility, reliability, and discretion Language Skills: • Fluent English (written and verbal) Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Finance, Economics, or related fields., • Prior experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR controlling, or Reward consulting., • Proven experience managing projects and working transversally with multiple teams. Location: Your work location will be in Paris, with no specific restriction among other EPEX office locations, and an attractive hybrid work policy. Who Are We?
