Our portfolio includes Digital POS, Mobile POS, Handheld computers, Kiosks, and SmartPOS Payment systems serving retail, hospitality, logistics, and transportation sectors. The Opportunity We’re seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative to support and accelerate our growth in the EU market. This role offers the opportunity to make a measurable impact by managing the full remote sales cycle—from lead qualification to closing—within a fast-growing global tech company that combines scale with startup agility. Your Impact • Generate new business opportunities across Europe through proactive outreach and lead follow-up, • Drive revenue growth by managing a strong remote sales pipeline, • Strengthen SUNMI’s market presence through consistent customer engagement, • Collaborate with an international team in a fast-paced, digital-first environment Key Responsibilities • Manage inbound and outbound sales activities (calls, email, virtual meetings), • Qualify leads and identify customer needs and business opportunities, • Conduct remote product presentations and solution demos, • Build and maintain relationships with prospects, partners, and existing customers, • Prepare proposals, quotations, and support deal negotiations, • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in CRM systems, • Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns, • Provide customer feedback, market insights, and competitive intelligence Your Profile • Good English (additional languages are a plus), • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, sales development, or B2B remote selling, • Experience in IT hardware, SaaS, or technology solutions (POS experience is a plus), • Strong communication skills, • Comfortable using CRM tools and digital sales platforms, • Ability to quickly understand and explain technical products, • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience What Makes You Stand Out • Experience selling remotely into the Europe market, • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, • Familiarity with POS, Auto ID, mobility, or retail technology, • Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills Your Characteristics • Self-motivated and proactive, • Results-driven with strong ownership mindset, • Excellent communicator and relationship builder, • Organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, • Collaborative and adaptable What We Offer • High-impact role in a rapidly scaling global tech company, • Dynamic, multicultural work environment, • Cutting-edge technology solutions, • Collaborative and supportive team culture, • Competitive compensation package with performance incentives, • Opportunity to grow your career in tech sales If you’re passionate about technology, enjoy building relationships, and thrive in a target-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you.
