Customer Experience: Champion a customer-first approach, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations. Quality Control: Implement rigorous quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of vehicle cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation, reflecting the luxury and prestige of our brand. Logistics Optimization: Optimize logistics and supply chain processes to ensure efficient vehicle delivery, collection, and servicing, maximizing fleet utilization and minimizing downtime. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, including vehicle safety regulations, insurance protocols, and data protection laws. Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for operational expenses, monitoring costs and expenses closely to ensure efficient resource utilization and cost-effectiveness. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the automotive or luxury services sector, with a strong track record of success. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a startup environment, demonstrating adaptability, resilience, and a hands-on approach. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals. Proficiency in relevant software and tools for operations management, logistics, and customer relationship management. Fluency in English (additional languages such as French or German are advantageous).
