We develop Multisense®, a next-generation wearable solution that combines a wireless patch with a secure cloud platform for remote monitoring of vital signs. MultiSense® enables faster, safer hospital discharge by offering clinical-grade monitoring at home. Based in the heart of Strasbourg’s leading medical research ecosystem (IHU, IRCAD), RDS began commercial deployment in 2024. Our solution is CE-marked, UniHA-listed, and supported by several clinical studies. As we expand across Europe, we are seeking an Innovation Lead to support our scientific roadmap and R&D projects. Role and Mission As our Innovation Lead, you will be at the heart of our R&D and clinical validation efforts. Your mission is to manage our scientific projects, from protocol design and data analysis to publishing our findings in top-tier journals and securing intellectual property. You will be a key link between our technical teams and clinical partners, ensuring the scientific rigor and impact of our Multisense® technology. Your Core Responsibilities • Lead the creation of scientific publications for top-tier medical and technical journals, in close collaboration with physicians and principal investigators., • Produce high-quality technical reports for funded research and development projects., • Actively contribute to the drafting and filing of patents to protect company intellectual property., • Provide scientific and technical support for clinical studies, including:, • Defining study methodology and data collection strategies., • Overseeing database curation and ensuring data integrity., • Preparing documentation for Institutional Review Board (IRB) submissions and approvals., • You hold a PhD in a field related to vital sign monitoring (e.g., Biomedical Engineering, Signal Processing, Medical Physics, or a related discipline)., • You have a proven track record of publishing research in high-impact, peer-reviewed medical and/or technical journals., • You possess a strong background and demonstrated expertise in data analysis, statistical methods, and signal processing for biomedical applications., • You have experience collaborating directly with healthcare professionals, clinical investigators, and medical scientists., • You have strong communication skills (oral and written) and are comfortable presenting in cross-functional settings., • Fluency in scientific and professional English is mandatory; conversational French is required., • Advanced signal processing techniques for physiological data (ECG, PPG, etc.)., • Statistical analysis and modeling using Python (e.g., Pandas, SciPy, scikit-learn)., • Experience with clinical data management and database curation., • Knowledge of medical device quality and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 13485, ISO 14971) is a significant asset.
