Over the next five years, our ambition is to become the platform of choice for European financial institutions to: • modernize their infrastructure, • scale their operations, • rapidly launch new banking services [Job Description] 💡Context We are recruiting a Senior Account Manager to help structure the Account Management function and take over the management of a portion of Skaleet’s portfolio including Strategic accounts. 👉Your future missions The Senior Account Manager will be in charge of structuring and executing a plan, for each customer, across 3 streams listed below : 1/ Customer intimacy The Account Manager will be responsible: • for engaging C-level stakeholders and develop/maintain strong and trust-based relationships, • building a strong understanding of the Skaleet products integration into the customer ecosystem and use cases 2/ Lifetime value The Account Manager will be instrumental in maximize revenue, ARR and customer lifetime : • managing end-to-end upsell/cross-sell opportunities while overseeing overall company engagement with the customer, • partnering closely with ExCo members on strategic initiatives to ensure company alignment, allocation of resources and executives 3/ Contract ownership In close collaboration with the legal team, the Senior Account Manager is: • the owner of the contractual framework underpinning the relationship between Skaleet and its customers, • in charge of ensuring that contracts properly the services/products rendered by Skaleet in a risk controlled environment [Desired Profile] ✨ You are a great match if : • Ideal candidate has a background in Consulting (Financial Services), • 8-12+ years of experience, • Track record managing commercial relationships in complex B2B set-up, • Strong knowledge on IT basics (application, infrastructure, API…), • Preferred experience in Banking/Payments/Fintech, • Ability to evolve in highly ambiguous set-ups (internally and externally), • Fluency in English is a must, • Rigorous, analytical and team player This is not a commercial only role.
